Hope

Dare I hope that all is well? We've been told that so many times before and the old problem reared its ugly head. Alan's first post op appointment went well and now he only has to work on regaining his strength, after 10 months of not being able to be a productive person in the world, he is a bit on the weak side. The doc told him to start with walking and moving around and that has caused him some sore muscles which is a good pain. He still has soreness and pain from the latest surgery, but so far things are not getting any worse. We go back to the doc's in February to see if Alan is ready to go back to work. When all is said and done he will have been off work for a year. We still don't know what caused the original problem or where it came from, as long as it doesn't come back I don't care if we ever know. I so hope that all is well.
